Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine clients' mental and emotional needs, ensuring a thorough understanding of their circumstances and challenges.

• Provide empathetic, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate closely with fellow healthcare providers to design and implement integrated treatment plans, facilitating clients' access to other necessary health services and community resources.

• Document client interactions, treatment interventions, and progress accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain compliance and enhance care continuity.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case reviews, and team meetings, contributing to overall service improvement and personal professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals in the early stages of recovery from substance use disorders, as well as those dealing with co-occurring mental health conditions. You will support clients from varying backgrounds and demographic groups, ensuring culturally competent care tailored to their unique life experiences. The focus will be on empowering clients through compassionate engagement and recovery-oriented practices to help them regain control over their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Demonstrated experience (minimum of 2 years) working with clients experiencing addiction and/or mental health disorders, particularly with older adult populations.

• Exceptional clinical, assessment, and diagnostic skills, complemented by strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
