Job Description
The Executive Administrator provides comprehensive support to the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic coordination. This role is responsible for managing executive calendars, coordinating complex travel arrangements, and handling high-level communications with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare presentations and organize meetings.
- Draft agendas and record minutes.
- Manage ongoing projects and serve as a key liaison across departments.
- Maintain confidentiality while ensuring executives are fully informed of critical updates and commitments.
- Proven experience managing executive calendars, resolving conflicts, and prioritizing high-volume requests.
- Expertise in arranging complex travel, including international itineraries, visas, and expense reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, events, and deadlines with minimal direction.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive executive communications with discretion and professionalism.
- Exposure to global organizations or multinational operations.
- Experience with expense management systems and reporting tools.
- Event planning and executive meeting facilitation.
- Desktop publishing or presentation design tools.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in executive-level administrative support.
- Strong adaptability in changing environments.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to work extended hours and maintain flexibility in a global support role.
- Experience managing high volumes of work with minimal supervision.
The position is primarily onsite within a corporate office environment, with potential hybrid or remote work requiring approval. The schedule includes standard business hours with flexibility required, including overtime as needed. The role may require 10%–50% travel. This dynamic and fast-paced environment offers exposure to high-visibility projects, cross-functional collaboration, and growth potential within corporate leadership support functions.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.65 - $40.87/hr.
