Sadika Accounting, LLC is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Direct Sales & Business Development Representative to expand our bookkeeping and accounting client base throughout New York City's five boroughs . This role is ideal for an energetic professional who enjoys networking, building relationships, and helping small businesses succeed.

The successful candidate will develop long-term relationships with local business owners, professional organizations, networking groups, and referral partners while representing Sadika Accounting, LLC with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Networking

  • Conduct face-to-face marketing throughout New York City's five boroughs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, business owners, entrepreneurs, networking organizations, chambers of commerce, and professional referral partners.
  • Visit local businesses daily to introduce Sadika Accounting, LLC's bookkeeping and accounting services.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Client Acquisition

  • Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Present bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting solutions tailored to each client's needs.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly client acquisition goals.

Territory Management

  • Develop and manage an assigned marketing territory within New York City.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island.
  • Build relationships with local business communities across all five boroughs.

Reporting & Administration

  • Submit detailed weekly activity reports outlining:
    • Businesses visited
    • Meetings conducted
    • New prospects generated
    • Follow-up activities
    • New clients signed
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.

 

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in:
    • Business Development
    • Commission-based Sales
    • Direct Marketing
    • Outside Sales
  • Minimum 3 years of experience marketing financial services, bookkeeping, accounting, tax, banking, insurance, or other professional services.

Required Skills

  • Outstanding English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong research and prospecting skills.

  • Ability to meet performance goals.

Additional Requirements

  • Must currently live in New York City.
  • Must have excellent knowledge of:
    • Manhattan
    • Brooklyn
    • Queens
    • The Bronx
    • Staten Island
  • Must be familiar with New York City's neighborhoods, local business environment, and small business community.
  • Must have reliable transportation for local travel.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must provide two professional references from previous marketing or business development positions.

 

Compensation

1099 Independent Contractor

This position is performance-based.

Compensation includes:

  • $300 for every new client you successfully bring to Sadika Accounting, LLC.
  • $150 monthly recurring payment for every active client you introduce, as long as the client remains active with the company and continues receiving services.

There is no cap on earnings. Your income grows as your client portfolio grows.
