Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, as well as group and family therapy when appropriate, employing modalities such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care strategies.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Document and maintain meticulous client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver a holistic, integrated approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in Massachusetts.
