Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health needs.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans that address specific goals, challenges, and therapeutic needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions as well as group and family therapy, adapting your approach based on client dynamics and goals.

• Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring that all documentation is compliant with legal and ethical requirements.

• Engage in ongoing education and training to stay updated on best practices and innovative treatment methodologies in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with encompass a wide spectrum of backgrounds, age groups, and mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Understanding the unique cultural and individual experiences of each client is essential, as you will be tasked with tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A deep commitment to ethical practice and a passion for providing culturally competent care.

• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Capacity to work independently, while also valuing collaboration within a team setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting, ideally within a community health framework.
