Work Environment\n

This position is designed for a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining a strong connection with your colleagues. Although you will predominantly work from home, you will also have access to our outpatient office for team meetings, case discussions, and training sessions. Your typical work hours will be from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient schedules and needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing validated assessment tools and evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring approaches to meet each client's unique needs.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Engage in regular case consultations and participate in peer review meetings to continually enhance the quality of therapeutic services provided.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower them on their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from adolescents to adults, each grappling with unique mental health challenges. Our clientele often includes individuals experiencing trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and family issues. By employing a tailored and empathetic approach, you will help each patient navigate their personal challenges and foster resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington is required.
