Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to identify clients' needs and establish a foundation for tailored treatment plans.

• Collaborate directly with clients, co-developing individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals, cultural backgrounds, and unique challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in a variety of settings including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services as needed and liaise with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries, to comply with regulatory guidelines and promote continuity of care.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with strategies and knowledge to manage mental health conditions effectively.

• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and nurses, to coordinate holistic care for patients.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, with actual compensation offered based on experience and qualifications.
