This position allows for remote work, providing flexibility for the right candidate while maintaining an outpatient office setting for occasional in-person client meetings, if necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Supervise and oversee the clinical care and treatment plans for patients, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic methodologies.

• Conduct individualized or group therapy sessions to meet the diverse needs of clients, while performing comprehensive assessments and documenting treatment logs effectively.

• Manage a caseload efficiently, catering to patients with varying psychological needs, and adjusting interventions as required.

• Collaborate effectively with patients and their families to assess psychological intervention possibilities and implement resolution plans collaboratively.

• Demonstrate advanced counseling skills to address crisis situations, providing urgent therapeutic interventions as necessary.

• Deliver personalized counseling services, including individual, conjoint, or family therapy, and facilitate referrals to specialized professionals for comprehensive support.

• Continuously evaluate the psychological needs of clients and coordinate plans of action in collaboration with primary care units, ensuring provision of relevant mental health evaluations.

• Develop and maintain detailed strategy outlines, progress summaries, and modification documents as appropriate, including educational resources for patients and their families.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. New hires may qualify for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500, coupled with additional performance bonuses of up to $2,000 based on state licensure. Benefits include:
