Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental and emotional health needs and developing appropriate treatment plans.

• Providing individual and couples therapy sessions to address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and stress management.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Engagement, Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation (EAPIE) to ensure effective treatment delivery.
\n
• Maintaining thorough and accurate client records, ensuring timely completion of progress notes and treatment plans.
\n
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care for clients, communicating effectively with families and other stakeholders.
\n
• Advocating for clients' rights while empowering them to take an active role in their treatment journey.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention when necessary, equipped to support clients in acute distress.
\n
• Engaging in ongoing professional development to remain abreast of advancements in the field of marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse patient population, including teenagers, adults, and couples, each with unique emotional and psychological needs. Your focus will be on maintaining an inclusive environment that fosters trust and openness, enabling clients to feel safe and supported in their therapeutic journey. You will work to create treatment plans that are personalized and responsive to each client's evolving needs.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
\n
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Tennessee.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and/or couples therapy.
\n
• Strong skills in completing assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in a timely manner.
\n
• Excellent communication and writing skills, alongside proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following will enhance your candidacy:

Compensation and Benefits\n
