Within the corporate team, your main responsibilities will include: Handle support requests from your corporate accounts with responsiveness and expertise Formalize, structure, and implement Corporate Support procedures to ensure quality service delivery Conduct proactive monitoring to identify clients likely to meet Corporate offering criteria Monitor and ensure the quality of service provided to clients Identify and generate appointments with new qualified prospects Manage qualified leads in collaboration with corporate managers, from initial meeting through to closing Develop and maintain commercial relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals and identify new sales opportunities Ihre Hauptaufgaben Als Teil des Corporate-Teams übernehmen Sie insbesondere folgende Aufgaben: Bearbeitung der Supportanfragen Ihrer Corporate-Kunden mit hoher Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit und fachlicher Expertise Dokumentation, Strukturierung und Implementierung von Prozessen im Corporate Support , um eine gleichbleibend hohe Servicequalität sicherzustellen Durchführung einer proaktiven Kundenbeobachtung , um Kunden zu identifizieren, die den Kriterien des Corporate-Angebots entsprechen Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Servicequalität gegenüber den Kunden Identifikation und Generierung von Terminen mit neuen, qualifizierten Interessenten Nachverfolgung qualifizierter Leads in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Corporate-Verantwortlichen – vom Erstgespräch bis zum Vertragsabschluss Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der geschäftlichen Beziehungen mit bestehenden Kunden zur Sicherstellung von Vertragsverlängerungen sowie zur Identifikation neuer Vertriebspotenziale Desired Profile Required Language Skills: Fluent German essential (spoken and written) Professional English appreciated Experience and Skills: Proven experience in B2B account management or similar sales role Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation Autonomy, rigor, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of web services (domain names, hosting, SSL) would be an asset Interest in technological and digital environments Gesuchtes Profil Erforderliche Sprachkenntnisse Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (zwingend erforderlich) Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil Erfahrung und Kompetenzen Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im B2B-Account-Management oder in einer vergleichbaren vertrieblichen Position Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie ein starkes Service- und Kundenorientierungsbewusstsein Hohe Selbstständigkeit, Struktur und Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte parallel zu steuern Kenntnisse im Bereich Web-Services (Domainnamen, Hosting, SSL-Zertifikate) sind von Vorteil Starkes Interesse an technologischen und digitalen Umfeldern #J-18808-Ljbffr Gandi
