Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth Psychosocial Assessments on new clients to understand their backgrounds and mental health needs comprehensively.

• Design and implement structured treatment plans with clear, measurable goals tailored to each client’s specific situation.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes in compliance with organizational and state requirements.

• Continuously monitor treatment effectiveness, adjusting plans as necessary, and ensuring open communication with clients and any involved support networks.

• Foster supportive professional relationships with clients to encourage their engagement and commitment to the therapeutic process.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and collaborate on best practices in treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide therapy to a diverse population, including individuals dealing with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• Must hold an active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate counseling experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive compensation package including an annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $120,000, reflective of your experience and skills.
