Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage connection and dialogue among clients, allowing them to share experiences and learn from one another.

• Provide individualized counseling that focuses on exploring clients’ thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and developing tailored coping mechanisms and actionable plans.

• Collaborate with clients to create and implement personalized treatment plans that align with their goals, needs, and preferences.

• Monitor and assess client progress using evidence-based assessment tools and regular feedback mechanisms to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and coordinating care to support the holistic treatment of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, a population that often faces a multitude of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Your expertise in mental health treatment will be key in guiding clients through their difficulties, helping them to establish coping strategies and resilience in a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• Active LPCC license to practice in California.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
