Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), your day-to-day activities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy Sessions: You will design and lead therapeutic group sessions that encourage peer support and communal healing, where clients can candidly share experiences and learn from each other’s challenges.

• Offering Individual Therapy: Engage in one-on-one sessions that are empathetic and tailored to the individual needs of clients, focusing on exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to develop effective coping strategies.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaboratively work with clients to formulate individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that target their unique circumstances, preferences, and aspirations.

• Monitoring Client Progress: Employ various assessment tools and consistent feedback methods to evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting treatment modalities as needed to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborating with Team Members: Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure integrated care approaches, communicate client updates, and consult on complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work primarily with young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom are dealing with various mental health and mood disorders. Your contributions will be crucial in creating a safe and conducive environment for these individuals to explore their challenges and embark on their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Licensed Clinician: A valid LPCC licensure is required.

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of direct experience providing mental health treatment in residential or outpatient settings.

• Experience working with young adults facing mood disorders or other mental health challenges is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus of $3,000 to help welcome you to our team!
