As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Bethany, you will have diverse responsibilities focused on client care and collaboration:

• Individual Therapy Sessions: Deliver personalized, empathetic counseling tailored to each client’s unique thoughts, feelings, and experiences, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to promote healing and resiliency.

• Treatment Planning: Work collaboratively with clients to develop customized treatment plans that align with their specific goals, incorporating client feedback and preferences throughout the process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on young adults aged 18 to 30 enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). You will support clients grappling with a range of mental health issues, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and more, fostering an environment of growth, healing, and self-discovery.

Qualifications\n

• Licensed as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have considerable experience in mental health treatment settings, particularly with residential or outpatient populations dealing with mood disorders or similar challenges. Previous experience facilitating group therapy and engaging clients in individualized treatment planning is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, offering between USD 120,000 and 140,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus of $3,000. Our robust benefits package includes:
