Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs and strengths, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of each individual’s circumstances.

• Develop personalized treatment plans with defined goals and measurable objectives that align with best practices in the field of mental health.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes meticulously in our electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain continuity of care, facilitate quality improvement, and adhere to compliance standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Must possess an active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
