Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine the individual needs of clients and create personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique backgrounds and preferences.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and narrative therapy to drive positive client outcomes.

• Work closely with the Clinical Director to develop engaging therapeutic programs that address prevalent issues within our community, ensuring relevance and effectiveness in our services.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with psychiatrists and clinical staff to coordinate holistic care for clients and share insights to improve service delivery.

• Monitor and document each client's progress meticulously, adjusting therapy strategies based on feedback and evolving needs to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Contribute to the credentialing committee, participating in the recruitment and evaluation of new clinical staff to uphold the standards and integrity of our practice.

• Complete administrative duties related to client records and treatment documentation accurately and promptly using approved electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health trends.

Qualifications\n
