Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical support to individuals experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through both telehealth and in-person visits, as needed.

• Establish and maintain a trusting rapport with clients and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to support integrated care.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, screenings, and evaluations to inform the development of personalized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs.

• Create, implement, and monitor integrated care plans, ensuring seamless access to linked services and ongoing communication among clients, their families, and healthcare providers.

• Deliver a range of brief, focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Assist clients in crisis situations by using de-escalation techniques and intervention strategies as needed, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

• Carry a manageable caseload, monitor client progress and referrals, and document meetings, treatment modalities, and outcomes efficiently to support care continuity.

• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards to uphold the integrity and reputation of Retreat Psychotherapy Services.

• Participate actively in ongoing education and training initiatives to remain abreast of best practices and emerging trends within the field of social work.

Qualifications\n
