This position is unique as it enables you to work remotely while maintaining access to collaborative support. You will be a part of our outpatient office setting but will have the flexibility to conduct sessions from a location that suits you best. Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, developing strong, trust-based relationships and adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress towards treatment goals and adjust care plans as necessary, including preparing for potential discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Create, implement, and continually monitor personalized treatment plans that cater to the individual needs of each client.
\n
• Document all client interactions meticulously, ensuring timely and accurate progress notes to facilitate continuity of care.

• Carry out initial intake assessments to determine clients' needs and the most appropriate treatment strategies.
\n
• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions, providing space for healing and personal growth.
\n
• Participate in ongoing individual supervision to enhance professional development and clinical skills.
\n
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be serving a diverse outpatient population, including children, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Your role is crucial in providing compassionate and effective care, thus contributing to improved mental health outcomes in the community.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is mandatory.

• A current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation free of restrictions.
\n
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, providing direct services.
\n
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with spreadsheets (Excel), email platforms (Outlook), and clinical management systems.
\n
• Experience in conducting intake assessments and providing direct psychotherapy services is essential.
