Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Special Education Teachers are invited to join a dynamic K-8 setting near Phoenix, AZ. Two experienced educators are needed to support a growing caseload within a diverse student population. Start your impactful assignment with an in-service day on July 20th and continue through May 21, 2027, following the academic calendar.

This full-time opportunity involves working collaboratively to meet the varying needs of students by splitting responsibilities between age groups. Your expertise will help ensure every student receives the support and services they deserve. Interviews are being conducted promptly for quick hiring decisions.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Special Education teaching certification (or reciprocal eligibility)
• Prior experience in a K-8 environment is highly valued
• Knowledge of managing IEPs and delivering differentiated instruction
• Ability to collaborate with fellow SPED professionals, general education teachers, and support staff
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Passion for adapting to the evolving needs of students with diverse backgrounds

Role Responsibilities:

• Serve K-8 students by splitting caseloads to provide appropriate service minutes
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Co-teach, provide small-group instruction, and adapt curriculum as needed
• Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings
• Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment for academic and behavioral growth
