Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify needs and confirm problem areas using diagnostic tools and therapeutic interviews.

• Develop customized treatment plans that align with each client's individual goals, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or family systems therapy as appropriate.

• Maintain meticulous records of client progress while ensuring confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations, noting changes in behaviors, goals attained, and psychoeducation delivered.

• Actively participate in continuous professional development through workshops, peer supervision groups, and training sessions to stay abreast of new therapeutic practices and enhance personal impact.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a myriad of challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
