Talent Development Specialist

A Talent Development specialist develops, implements, and administers training programs that evaluate, measure, and improve team member performance. A Talent Development Specialist designs training strategies and processes that measure outcomes for new hires, identify areas for improvement, and align new hires to organizational goals. They also Identify the types of training and development and resources needed to achieve performance improvements. We’d love to have you a part of the My Wireless Family!Preferred Qualities:BilingualRetail or customer-facing sales experienceTwo (2) years' previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related positionProficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and Microsoft TeamsStrong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projectsOrganized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedulesAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyExcellent leadership, team building, and management skillsEncouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and leadExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee with or without reasonable accommodation to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
