Human Resources Manager

LHH is partnering with a growing organization in the legal industry to add an experienced HR Manager to their team. This is a high-impact role supporting both employees and leadership across multiple functions. Please note this role is 100% on-site. Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership and provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, benefits, compliance, and policy administration Lead employee relations matters with a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach Partner with leadership on workforce planning and talent development initiatives Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Qualifications 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in professional services or legal environments Strong employee relations and coaching experience Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment law Ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
