Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and family psychotherapy services using established methodologies and best practices.

• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to measure patient progress and treatment efficacy.
\n
• Facilitate and manage training sessions and workshops for interns; ensure they are well-versed with current federal, state, and county regulations.
\n
• Maintain a meticulous and compliant documentation process for patient records and intern progress, utilizing the AWARDS electronic health record system.
\n
• Participate actively in intern performance reviews and address any necessary corrective actions in alignment with agency goals.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and school site contacts to optimize patient care and resolve issues regarding caseloads.
\n
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient services and ensure compliance with agency standards.
\n
• Attend mandatory program and agency meetings and complete reports as requested by management.
\n
• Manage the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes for interns, ensuring they are equipped for success.
\n
• Address maintenance or safety concerns promptly to maintain a conducive atmosphere for client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on a diverse array of clients, including adults, children, and families dealing with various emotional and social challenges. You will provide support to those facing mental health issues, trauma, and other personal struggles. Your expertise will guide patients through their therapeutic journey, encouraging growth and recovery in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.

• Current independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Ability to deliver telehealth services effectively and compassionately.

• Currently residing within the United States and possessing a strong understanding of California mental health regulations.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly in community health or outpatient environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $122,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
