Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing to address the mental health needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active and independent state-issued license (valid LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW); limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Ability to make professional evaluations and treatment planning decisions based on clients’ needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport and trust with clients easily.

• Strong computer literacy to utilize telehealth platforms effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in teletherapy, familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, or work with diverse populations is highly desirable. Any additional certifications related to specialized therapeutic practices will also be considered advantageous.
