Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing to assess individual client needs and improve mental health outcomes.

• Encourage clients to delve into and articulate their emotions and past experiences to foster self-understanding and strengthen interpersonal relationships.

• Actively serve as an advocate for clients, assisting them in articulating their goals and developing actionable steps towards achieving them.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions, building tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practices to guide therapeutic interventions.

• Create detailed patient assessments that inform treatment decisions and contribute to the clinical documentation and reporting processes.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities in your practice to meet diverse client needs.

• Participate in case reviews and collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Many clients seek our services through telehealth for the convenience and confidentiality it offers, and you will play a significant role in their healing process. Your work will help individuals create meaningful changes in their lives, leading to healthier coping mechanisms and improved relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related discipline is required.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing independent therapeutic services; experience with telehealth is a plus.

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.

• Strong proficiency in telehealth systems and general computer navigation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience employing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapies.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, specifically those used within telehealth settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
