Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your core responsibilities will include:

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic care through live video sessions tailored specifically to individual adult clients, ensuring their unique needs and goals are prioritized.

• Collaborating closely with other psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that integrate various therapeutic approaches.

• Utilizing automatically administered symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to track client progress effectively. This enables you to adjust treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will primarily consist of adult individuals experiencing a range of mental health disorders. This may include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other behavioral health challenges. You will be instrumental in guiding clients towards self-understanding and healing, utilizing your expertise to create personalized therapeutic interventions that resonate with each individual.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: Candidates must possess full licensure to practice independently without supervision. Acceptable licenses include:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No limited/provisional licenses or disciplinary actions will be accepted.

• Strong ability to evaluate clients, make informed treatment decisions, and develop effective treatment plans.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate, empathetic approach toward clients.

• Proficiency with computer systems and telehealth platforms to facilitate remote counseling services.

Preferred Experience\n
