Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance abuse history, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure cohesive and holistic care for clients.

• Provide education and support to clients’ families, facilitating their involvement in the recovery process and enhancing the client’s support system.

Your focus will primarily be on pre-screened clients who have low acuity and stable mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
