Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Execute individual and group therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform, adapting techniques to fit client needs and preferences.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to create unified care strategies.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance treatment quality and share best practices.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, therapeutic approaches, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Engage in continuous professional development by keeping abreast of the latest research, methods, and innovations in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be providing support to a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and various other mental health challenges. Our clientele comes from multifaceted backgrounds, and your role as a therapist will include culturally competent practices that respect and honor their unique experiences and perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering solution-focused psychotherapy interventions tailored to individual client needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster a positive therapeutic relationship.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, familiarity with telehealth technology and prior experience providing remote counseling services is highly desirable. Individuals who have successfully developed and implemented treatment plans for diverse populations will find their expertise invaluable in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a highly competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 , depending on experience and qualifications.
