Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and strategies.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and progress notes in alignment with organizational policy and ethical guidelines.

• Regularly communicate with healthcare professionals—such as physicians, psychiatrists, and other therapists—to ensure coordinated care.

• Educate clients about various mental health conditions, empowering them with coping strategies and self-care techniques to manage their mental health effectively.

• Facilitate discharge planning to assist clients in transitioning to aftercare services, ensuring a smooth continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
