Role Description

\n

PX42 Consulting is seeking accomplished executives, senior consulting professionals, technology leaders, and industry specialists to join our growing Strategic Advisor Network .

\n

\n

This flexible, remote advisory opportunity is designed for professionals who bring strategic insight, executive credibility, established business relationships, and extensive experience in enterprise technology and business transformation.

\n

\n

Senior Strategic Advisors collaborate with PX42 leadership to shape enterprise AI strategies, accelerate market development, validate emerging solutions, identify commercial opportunities, and establish strategic relationships with prospective customers and technology partners.

\n

\n

The role combines executive advisory, strategic consulting, business development, industry specialization, and technology thought leadership. Advisors may participate in executive discovery sessions, AI readiness assessments, strategic account development, partnership evaluations, and go-to-market initiatives.

\n

\n

We are particularly interested in professionals with experience at Global 500 and Global 1000 organizations, major consulting and systems integration firms, enterprise technology providers, and C-suite leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n

Strategic Advisory and Executive Engagement

\n

\n
• Advise executives on AI strategy, organizational readiness, digital transformation, intelligent automation, and governance.
\n
• Participate in executive briefings, workshops, customer discovery sessions, and strategic planning.
\n
• Identify high-value opportunities for Agentic AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent operations.
\n
• Develop business cases, ROI assessments, transformation roadmaps, and AI adoption recommendations.
\n

Business Development and Strategic Relationships

\n

\n
• Leverage established networks to identify qualified enterprise prospects and commercial opportunities.
\n
• Facilitate introductions to C-suite executives, technology leaders, and enterprise decision-makers.
\n
• Collaborate on strategic account planning, consulting proposals, and executive engagement.
\n
• Support relationships with enterprise customers, technology providers, and systems integrators.

Enterprise AI and Solution Strategy

\n

• Contribute strategic perspectives on PX42 AIAgentOS™, AIAgent Readiness Index™, and EnterpriseBusinessHealth360™.

• Advise on integrating AI agents, enterprise data platforms, analytics, and automation with existing systems.
\n
• Collaborate with PX42 consulting and technology teams to translate business objectives into executable initiatives.

• Support AI governance, KPI development, business value frameworks, and performance measurement.
\n

Industry and Market Development

\n

\n
• Provide industry expertise to support AI solution development and commercialization.
\n
• Identify opportunities across banking, insurance, healthcare, automotive, manufacturing, retail, and supply chain.
\n
• Contribute to emerging solutions, including DealerBusinessHealth360™, SupplyChainHealth360™, and other industry-focused initiatives.
\n
• Advise on market expansion, competitive positioning, and industry adoption trends.
\n

Strategic Partnerships and Growth

• Identify strategic relationships with AI innovators, enterprise software providers, cloud platforms, and systems integrators.
\n
• Advise on strategic alliances, joint go-to-market initiatives, and business growth.
\n
• Where appropriate, facilitate introductions to potential strategic investors, subject to applicable legal requirements.
\n

Thought Leadership

\n

\n
• Participate in industry discussions, executive roundtables, conferences, and publications.
\n
• Share insights on Agentic AI, enterprise intelligence, autonomous operations, and responsible AI.
\n
• Help strengthen PX42's visibility and credibility within the enterprise AI ecosystem.
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Executive Leadership: Preferably 15+ years in executive management, enterprise technology leadership, or senior consulting.
\n
• Enterprise Consulting: Proven experience advising organizations on AI, digital transformation, analytics, or technology strategy.
\n
• C-Suite Relationships: Established executive networks and demonstrated ability to engage senior decision-makers.
\n
• Strategic Planning: Experience developing business cases, transformation roadmaps, operating models, and ROI strategies.
\n
• Enterprise AI: Understanding of Agentic AI, generative AI, multi-agent systems, intelligent automation, cloud platforms, and governance.
\n
• Business Development: Experience developing enterprise accounts, strategic partnerships, and commercial opportunities.
\n
• Industry Expertise: Strong background in financial services, healthcare, insurance, automotive, manufacturing, retail, supply chain, or related industries.
\n
• Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate business performance, operational KPIs, financial outcomes, and technology investments.
\n
• Communication: Excellent executive presentation, relationship management, and written communication skills.
\n
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Interest in emerging technologies, strategic alliances, and scaling innovative businesses.

• Independent Judgment: Ability to work autonomously, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with executive teams.
\n
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Prior advisory board participation, technology commercialization, or corporate development experience is advantageous.

Advisory Engagement and Compensation

\n

This is a flexible, independent strategic advisory engagement , not a traditional full-time salaried position.

\n

\n

PX42 structures advisory relationships individually, considering each advisor's expertise, industry relationships, availability, and potential contributions.

\n

\n

Arrangements may include negotiated advisory fees, performance-based compensation for qualifying commercial opportunities, separately contracted consulting engagements, and potential equity or equity-equivalent incentives.

\n

\n

Selected advisors may also have opportunities to participate in emerging industry-focused ventures.

\n

All compensation, equity eligibility, vesting schedules, and performance milestones are subject to individual negotiation, company approval, and written agreements.
