Administrative Coordinator

Your Impact
- Provide administrative coordination to ensure projects under the unit proceed in a timely and efficient manner
- Act as a liaison with various internal workgroups to provide support with meeting scheduling and coordination to support Design and Construction (D&C) initiatives
- Support the preparation of reports and process flow charts using a variety of computer applications
- Support the gathering of information and addressing follow-up questions in result of D&C Bright Idea submissions from general employees
- Provide administrative assistance by preparing materials, building and maintaining meeting agendas, taking minutes, distributing meeting minutes, and following up for completion of action items for timely execution
- Assist in the development of continuous improvement initiatives
- Additional duties as assigned to support the Operational Improvement Unit
Here's What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Construction, Engineering or a related field
- 2 years of office administration experience as with a proficient knowledge of those office programs and procedures
- Ability to draft letters, prepare specialized meeting agendas, create spreadsheets, use new software for office use programs and create flow charts in Visio
- Organized and process oriented
- Reliable follow-through skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort learning Visio and MS Forms
- Clear and professional communicator
- Able to work effectively with diverse populations of people in a team setting yet able to work independently within established guidelines
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams
- Professional discretion when handling internal information
- Sponsorship is not available for this position
Posted Salary Range: Minimum $52,000.00. Upper $62,400.00

The base salary range for this position is $52,000.00 to $62,400.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
