As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Big Stone PT Center, you will work onsite in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility equipped with advanced therapeutic technologies and tools. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations to establish effective and individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions utilizing a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and advanced modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, reassessing treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate and instruct patients and their families on recovery techniques, the use of assistive devices, and best practices for maintaining health.
• Foster relationships and communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops and networking events, to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with orthopedic patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current state license to practice physical therapy.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while being flexible and agile in your approach to patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits
