Work Environment

As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will work within our modern rehabilitation facility in Montclair. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including a detailed review of medical history, physical assessments, and diagnostic conclusions to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Clearly communicate evaluation results and treatment recommendations to patients and their families, actively involving them in goal-setting processes to enhance adherence to therapy.
• Implement therapy interventions tailored to each patient's needs, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education on injury prevention and rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes and maintaining accurate records of patient progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care delivery and optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
