We prioritize exceptional patient care and operate with a small, dedicated team of experienced professionals, including two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). Our practice is focused primarily on serving individuals covered by private medical insurance, ensuring personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique requirements.

Work Environment

This full-time position requires onsite presence within our rehabilitation center, where you will integrate with a collaborative team dedicated to maximizing patient recovery. The typical schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify and understand patients' goals, needs, and history.
• Manage a steady caseload, treating one patient per hour, ensuring quality care and optimal results.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based interventions.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques to enhance patients' mobility and reduce discomfort.
• Motivate and guide patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, focusing on holistic functional improvement.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain detailed documentation of all services rendered.
• Engage in interdisciplinary consultations with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients on self-management strategies, promoting independence and encouraging a healthy lifestyle.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal disorders. Your expertise will be essential in helping these patients regain their highest levels of function and mobility. Your interaction with clients is integral to their overall recovery and satisfaction, and you will employ your skills to reduce reliance on medications and unnecessary surgical interventions.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• No history of board or disciplinary actions against your license, maintaining an impeccable professional record.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and competent in developing tailored exercise programs based on individual patient needs.
• Experience in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR), particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, demonstrating strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Proven track record of evaluating and implementing effective treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
