Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to assess clients' mental health status and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, you will primarily work with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will emphasize creating a supportive and empathetic atmosphere where clients feel safe to discuss their concerns and work towards achieving their mental health objectives.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging between $120,000 and $140,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
