Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on their individual goals and challenges.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic modalities to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, prioritizing their safety and well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available community resources to foster a supportive environment.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records while adhering to ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with legal standards in mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse population of clients encountering a broad spectrum of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• State licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent credential.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or related fields.

• Demonstrated competence in providing outpatient therapy services and employing diverse therapeutic techniques.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to establish therapeutic rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within a community health clinic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
