At SERVPRO of Minnetonka, we restore homes and businesses after fire, water, mold, and storm damage. Every emergency begins with a phone call, and that's where you come in.

As our Dispatch Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers experiencing one of the most stressful moments of their lives. Your ability to listen, gather critical information, reassure customers, and quickly coordinate our response team makes all the difference.

What You'll Do

Answer incoming emergency and customer service calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence. Gather accurate information to ensure the right crews are dispatched quickly and efficiently. Schedule emergency response and restoration services using our job management software. Coordinate daily technician schedules and make real-time adjustments as priorities change. Follow up with customers throughout the restoration process to provide updates and exceptional service. Maintain detailed and accurate job documentation and data entry. Handle general customer inquiries, past service requests, and routine office communications. Work closely with our Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Production teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Assist with additional administrative and customer service responsibilities as needed. What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Calm and composed under pressure Friendly, compassionate, and customer-focused Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail An excellent communicator with strong phone etiquette Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning and using scheduling and job management software A collaborative team player with a positive attitude Reliable, dependable, and committed to delivering outstanding service Previous dispatching, customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with the right attitude.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $20–$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
