The work setting for this position is remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while you provide vital counseling services. While you will primarily engage with clients through virtual sessions, our outpatient office serves as a collaborative hub where team members convene for meetings, training, and case discussions. The hours typically run from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing clinical interviews and standardized tools to accurately identify patient needs.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Qualifications\n
