Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive change and personal growth in clients.

• Maintain and manage detailed, confidential clinical documentation compliant with HIPAA standards, reflecting accurate client progress and treatment strategies.

• Engage in collaborative case management with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and well-rounded client care.

• Participate in case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings to continually enhance therapeutic effectiveness and share best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
