To be considered for the next academic year, applicants must apply to the new pool by June 15. Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in Psychology or a relevant field. Successful experience teaching at the college level. California residency required under the CSU Out‑of‑State Employment Policy. Preferred Qualifications Doctorate in Psychology or a relevant field. Higher education experience teaching a particular class. Research experience relevant to the specific course content. Intercultural competence and a commitment to serving the campus community in teaching and, as applicable, service. Salary Information Salary commensurate with degree level and experience. Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $5,507 – $8,000 per full‑time month. CSU Classification Salary Range – Lecturer A (AY): $5,507 – $6,677 per full‑time month. CSU Classification Salary Range – Lecturer B (AY): $6,221 – $13,224 per full‑time month.
