Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental and emotional health through virtual appointments.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy to facilitate client progress.

• Document session notes and treatment outcomes in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and maintain thorough records.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

• Maintain a caseload that meets the minimum requirement of 25 clients weekly, contributing to the clinic's growth and success.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse client population, primarily adults aged 18 and over, grappling with a wide range of mental health challenges. As an LCSW, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals from various backgrounds, including those within the LGBTQIA+ community, and address specific needs in men’s mental health. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active LCSW license to practice in the State of Texas.

• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in delivering psychotherapy.

• Strong understanding and application of CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy methodologies.

• Possession of active professional malpractice insurance.

Compensation and Benefits\n
