Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate students’ mental health, identifying their strengths, challenges, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that establish goals and interventions tailored to meet each individual’s specific therapeutic needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and school personnel, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans as necessary to support students in distress.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that address prevalent issues among school-aged populations.
