Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific goals and challenges.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, as well as group and family therapy, engaging clients through effective communication and therapeutic techniques.

• Regularly document client progress, treatment plans, and session notes to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and treatment effectiveness.

• Participate in routine case consultations with the treatment team to ensure a holistic approach to client care and to align on best practices.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions that bolster your skills and knowledge in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Our patients often present with issues such as anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related symptoms, and relational conflicts. Your role is crucial in providing empathetic support and evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current and active licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in your state.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
