Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms, ensuring an accurate understanding of their mental health needs.

• Create personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), aligned with client goals and preferences.

• Facilitate psychoeducation for clients and their families, ensuring they understand mood disorders, available treatments, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress systematically, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve the best outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care that enhances client support.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
