Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients experiencing mood disorders, assessing the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment.

• Educate clients and their families on the nature of mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery.

• Monitor client progress closely, regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans to reflect evolving needs.

• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists and medical specialists to provide integrated care, ensuring all aspects of a client's health are addressed.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in the mental health field to continuously improve your therapeutic approach.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records as mandated by legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities.

• Advocate for clients by addressing mental health stigma and ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients struggling with mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
