Work Environment\n

This position allows for the flexibility of remote work, contributing to a healthy work-life balance while being part of a supportive outpatient office team. The work schedule spans Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for consistent availability while maintaining personal time.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health issues, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide ongoing support as clients work toward their therapeutic goals.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring timely and effective therapy services.
\n
• Document clinical interactions meticulously, including diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, and session notes in compliance with company policies.

• Collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals, including case managers and other healthcare providers, to integrate services that support holistic client care.

• Utilize creative therapeutic techniques and evidence-based interventions to inspire and motivate clients toward achieving their personal and relational goals.

• Engage actively in team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and strategize on best practices within our service framework.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a range of emotional and relational challenges. Our therapy services encompass individual sessions, family therapy, and group therapy, making it essential for our therapists to demonstrate cultural competence and empathy across varying backgrounds and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• Strong foundational knowledge of family systems theory and therapy, as well as proven experience with mental health documentation and therapy service delivery.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to foster relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

• Stable and professional boundary management skills when working with clients.

• Ability to pass a background check to ensure a safe therapeutic environment.
