This role is primarily responsible for facilitating the tissue acquisition process and coordinating with outside laboratories as needed, processing all order- and fax-related documentation with thorough and accurate tracking of all orders and materials received, and delivering general customer service support by responding promptly and professionally to routine requests for information via phone and electronic communication. Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent. One year of administrative experience.
