This remote position provides the flexibility to work from anywhere, with scheduled sessions from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions primarily using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques aimed at providing effective treatment for clients.

• Collaborating with psychiatric providers to create comprehensive care plans that address the varying needs of clients.

• Utilizing digital assessment tools to track patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly, ensuring the highest level of care.

• Participating in case consultations and peer review sessions to discuss client progress and learn from collective experiences.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including adolescents, adults, and families, facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

To flourish in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid and unrestricted license as a LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.

• At least one year of experience under independent licensure; two years of experience is preferred.

• Demonstrated competency in CBT techniques and an understanding of treating a broad spectrum of mental health conditions.

• A strong proficiency with digital communication and clinical tools to facilitate teletherapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a telehealth setting is a plus, although not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 per year, supplemented with performance-based incentives.
