Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct effective assessments of clients’ mental health needs and substance use disorders, ensuring individualized treatment approaches are tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy, to address the symptoms of major mental illness and facilitate recovery from addiction.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop integrated care plans that encompass physical, mental, and social health resources for clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention when necessary, assisting clients in navigating acute situations and ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain a caseload and monitor clients’ progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on feedback and observed outcomes.

• Document all assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational protocols and state regulations to maintain accurate client records.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, sharing insights and recommendations based on front-line experiences to enhance service delivery and organizational effectiveness.

• Provide on-call support during assigned hours to address urgent client needs, showcasing commitment to around-the-clock care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
