Accounts Payable Clerk

Responsibilities Process daily mail and maintain vendor invoices in the scanning solution. Assist with accounts payable statement review, and accounts payable invoice email box handling. Process accounts payable transactions, including data entry of vendor invoices and assist in responding to vendor inquiries. Under minimal supervision, perform accounts payable functions following established procedures. Performing duties such as auditing of invoices for appropriate coding and authorization, as well as processing of such invoices. Qualifications At least 1-2 years of accounts payable experience. Ability to communicates and provide assistance and customer service to all levels of the organization and to vendors inquiring about the status of invoices.
